Wong Chin Foo lectured throughout the East and Midwest, and delivered presentations on the domestic life, manners and customs of the Chinese. He returned to New York in 1877, and mingled with the contentious Theosophical Society. Later, he took aim at the Christian missionaries in China and was excoriated by them in return.
